We, the peoples of Europe, must regain confidence in our future, in our potential not only to preserve what we have built over
the past 2000 years, but above all to build a future that is even better than the present.
Unity being strength, it is together that we can make our voice heard in the world, together that we can regain full sovereignty, which will place us on an equal footing
with the other great world powers of the 21st century. the United States and China.
Direct heir to classical Latin, new Latin is however much more "efficient" since this language can be learned in
just a few months (one year to speak it fluently).
Without declension, its grammar is simpler than any other language (especially English), its pronunciation is intuitive, and its vocabulary will seem
familiar to many Europeans due to the close roots of many languages.
Un programme de formation est en cours d'élaboration afin de former un grand nombre de traducteursA training program is being developed to train a large number of translators and interpreters, which will allow the European institutions to start using new Latin while translating documents and official meetings into this language, as well as in the 24 other official languages.
European officials will in turn have to be trained to start working in the common language.
To this end, a specific program is being developed to enable European officials to learn and speak this
language fluently in just one year, at a lower cost as the courses will be mainly online and free.
It will therefore suffice to decide that this apprenticeship becomes compulsory for all European civil
servants, so that within one year the European institutions can start working in new Latin.
As soon as a first group of translators and interpreters will be operational, and some of the European officials will master the language, it will be possible to start holding working meetings and drafting internal documents in new Latin.
